This section also includes material for Thomas Clark and Wallace Harvey, the Harvey family and personal items belonging to Wallace Harvey. Items relating to Wallace Harvey's election and work as a Councillor are in the section for Whitstable Urban District Council.
Most of the files were created by Wallace Harvey in the 20th century although the notes may relate to subjects dating back to the middle ages. Some files contain original documents dating from the 16th century onwards.
