The priory's share in its manor of Deopham. For the term of Robert's life. For an annual payment of 10 marks, payable as specified. As sureties Robert has pledged his tenement in Deopham and 15 men (named), in the presence of Robert [III], the priory's sacrist. The priory will pay Robert 1 mark a year for his service during his lifetime. No date. [Date: the prior is either Herlewin, I, or Honorius, III.]

Witnesses: Bartholomew, priory steward ('senescalcus'); Godfrey the cook ('cocus'); Richard Russinol, cook ('cocus'); Sigar the door-keeper ('hostiarius'); William quentinus; Robert, serjeant of the cellar ('serviens de cellar'')
