| Description | Party: Walter vincent of Marden Party: 'Dominus' William of Borden, prior of Leeds Priory; the convent of Leeds Priory [Document damaged. Names of some witnesses illegible.] Walter grants the priory 2½ acres and 1 virgate of land called 'Norht feld' at Hurstfield in Marden, with a way to the same land, lying with the priory's land to east, north and south and the land of Adam of Hurstfield to west. In exchange the priory has granted Walter its land called 'Swere' in a place called 'Welfelde' in Hurstfield, with a way to the same land. Priory's part of indenture. No date. [Date: handwriting. William of Borden became prior of Leeds Priory in 1299.]
