Each property - such as manor, mill, or rectory - is given several pages beginning with details of the holder/lessee in 1473, with payments of the rent/farm noted beneath. At the end are details of wine allowances, wages paid to servants, repairs to the church, payments made to various people 21 Mar 1478, and receipts at Easter.
The estates covered are: Cobham, Birling, Bilsington priory, Petham, Farningham, Warlingham, Warlingham rectory, Croydon rectory, Carshalton, Dulwich manor, Cheam, Beddington, Rotherhithe manor, Banbury, Madbrook, Drewetts marsh, Fleming's marsh, (all Surrey), Cowick, Hallingbury, Fyfield, Doddinghurst, (all Essex), Preston manor, Stone, Kinwardston manor (all Somerset), Upton manor (Berks), Ludgershall (Bucks), Jamys mill (Beds), Ditton (Cambs), Kimbolton (Hunts), Langford (Norfolk), Coknage, Widford manor, Benges rectory, Hoddesdon manor, and Wandelington ( all Herts).
