Her former husband, John Cole, one of the late King's servants, held a lease of dean and chapter properties in Canterbury. She then married Christopher Batchelor, minister of Kingsdown and Tong, who was persecuted for his loyalty to the Crown and had to leave his livings. She has difficulty keeping the houses in repair.
