Description	Papers related to Chapter business collected by or in relation to various officers, especially the Auditor or Chapter Clerk. The Auditor and Woodreve papers relate to estates. The Chapter Clerk's papers include a set of forms for presentation and installation of members of Chapter. There are miscellaneous papers concerning Minor Canons, Lay Clerks and Bedesmen. An attempt to revise the then existing Cathedral Statutes (1636) in 1864-5 resulted in many drafts and letters, but the proposed revised statutes were never approved.
