Description	These are mandates for inducting and installing the Six Preachers of the cathedral. A college of Six Preachers was introduced by Thomas Cranmer as part of the new post-Reformation foundation and is unique to Canterbury. Their purpose was to preach in the cathedral and in local parishes. The office is in the patronage of the archbishop of Canterbury.
