Description | Rolle, Richard, of Hampole. The Pricke of Conscience Paper leaves, 27 lines to the page; begins "Ye migcte of ye fader al migcty. Ye Witte of sone al witty", ends "yat folwide none other lawe bote cristes", and "explicit liber stimulus consciencie". Amongst scribblings on the fly-leaves is part of the will of one Nicholas Moyn, made in 1425, who directs his executors to bury his body in North Morton church, and makes a bequest of 6d. to the church of Salisbury. Also the following note:- "this broake and imperfect peece of poems I freely give to Wm. Kingsley of Canterbury, out of the few books I have in my librarie ... this being assurtened to be in my librarie for three hundred years Roger Etchmarch(?). And "Iste liber constat Henr. Sadeler.
