(1.) 1-19a, Edward IVth's charter to the City of Canterbury (1460).
(2.) 19-90, Answers to articles of enquiry made to the Commissioners for enquiring into the endowments of hospitals and chantries. Returns are made concerning Eastbridge hospital, Maynards hospital (with an inventory of goods in the chapel).

St. John's Hospital, Northgate (with inventory of church goods).
Poor Priests' hospital.

At the other end of the book are certain formulae in William Somner's hand relating the legal practice of the Consistory Court.
