Capitals in red and blue, and several curious drawings of stills and figures to assist the alchemist and astrologer. On the verso of the first page is the following Table of Contents:-
Tractatus Rotarum et argumentorum 3e dictinctionis Raymundi Lully. Item Questionarius. Item Anima artis transmutationis. Item vera practica eiusdem. Item de tabulis et figuris. Item de separatione elementorum. Item liber quinte essentie. Item de remediis infirmitatum. Item de herba Chelidonie. Item Kalendare iudiciale de hominis nativitate. Item de signo et planetis. Item Angelicum volumen de proprio Angelo.
The previous tract had begun on f 70v with the rubricated Incipit Cenod locorum and ended on f 77v spacium reseruemus.
The tract before that begins on f 61 with the rubricated title Omnia quid cum ending on f 70v with tullii transeamus divisiones.
The tract on 54r Omnis on f 60v in the middle of the leaf d3 reliquis Explicemus, the rest of the leaf being left blank.
At the end of the ars transmutatoria is the following colophon:- "ffinita est ars transmutatoria per Magrum Raymundum lully in preclaro studio montis pessulani Anno domini Millesimo CCCmo tricesimo tercio. Et copista istius libri complevit opus suum 8 die mensis Augusti, Anno domini 1464. D. R. Laus Deo." On the last leaf is the following memorandum:- "Thes byn the boks --- of my maisters laft at hillysdon at his departing. In primis, A bibull in printe, A Catholica in printe, 11 volumys of the quinquagenys, liber penitencial', a boke de regimine principum. Item v boks of Raymunde. Item the Omelyes of Seynt Gregory. Item liber de palmestria. Item a litel frenshe boke".
Parts 1, 2, and 4-6 are dated 1465. The scribe names himself as 'D R', for which David Ragor has been suggested. See Ker, Medieval Manuscripts, pp270-1.
