Vellum leaves, ruled in double columns of 62 lines to the page; initials illuminated in red and blue. On the verso of folio 5 is the following inscription in a contemporary hand:- "Scotus super primum et tercium Sentenciarum cum collacionibus euisdem dni Jacobi de Oxeney doctoris sacre pagine". James de Oxeney, monk of Christ Church, made his profession in c1328 and died in c1361. The text is written in well formed minuscules with a commentary in the margin; the initial letters are illuminated in red, blue and green.
