Vellum leaves, double columns, initials illuminated in red and blue. Begins on folio 3, "In nova signa et -- mirabilia glorifica manum et brachinum dextrum", ends "Explicit quartus liber super sententias editus a fratre Richardo de Media villa fratrum minore"; and in another hand, "de perquisitione fratris J de ffrome". John de Frome was professed in 1337. This book is No. 22 in Ingram's list. (See James, Ancient Libraries, pp. 153, 513.)
According to Ker, Medieval Manuscripts, p265, written in England, and belonged to Canterbury Cathedral Priory, perhaps donated by John de Frome, monk.
