| Description | Of a marriage case between Margery de Mancetter on the one hand and John de Stuston and his wife Beatrice la Weyse, resident in Northampton, on the other; heard by the archdeacon of Northampton's official and then, on appeal, the official of Lincoln. This roll is the processus before the Lincoln official (7 Mar 1292-14 Feb 1293): the processus before the archdeacon (30 Mar 1291-4 Mar 1292) is a copy within it. The latter processus ends with depositions taken in St Mary's Mancetter on 5 Oct 1291, from Sabina, sister of Margery de Mancetter and Ellen, wife of William son of Simon de Mancetter |
