DescriptionEx Officio proceedings against Thomas de Ayete, priest, chaplain of Datchworth Hrt, by the commissaries of Oliver [Sutton], bishop of Lincoln. Roger de Foxley, clerk, claimed that Thomas had forged for himself letters of presentation to Datchworth purporting to be by the patron Robert, son of Walter, lord of Woodham Bk. Contains letter of [Robert de Celeseya], official of the Court of Canterbury sede vacante, inhibiting further proceedings pending tuitorial appeal hearings. 11 Jun 1292 - 16 Mar 1294
