DescriptionOf a case between the prior and convent of Kyme and Lady Matilda de Croft, viscountess of Rochechouart, heard by the official of Lincoln, in which the monks claimed Matilda had unjustly detained tithes of chickens, hens, geese, swans and windmills within the parish of Croft Li. The case was finally appealed by Matilda to the Court of Canterbury sede vacante and the official inhibited by that court from going any further. 10 Dec 1292-13 Mar 1293
