DescriptionBetween Hugh, rector of Willoughby Li, on the one hand, and Sir Adam de Well and Ralph, rector of the chapel of Well Li on the other, before the commissary general of O[liver Sutton], bishop of Lincoln. Hugh claims that Ralph had been conducting divine services in a chantry within Adam's manor called 'le Holme' in Bonthorpe within the parish of Willoughby, without the diocesan's permission or his own as rector, contrary to canonical sanctions. 26 Mar 1291-19 Sep 1293
