[He had brought this case of tithes before the papal judge-delegate the prior of Abergavenny]. [Not dated. The exception of spoliation was proposed on 31 Jul 1292, but there is no evidence for its proof (using depositions examined on these interrogatories) until perhaps 5 Feb 1293: see ES Roll 94]
