| Description | On behalf of the prior and convent of Thornholm Li, describing tuitorial appeals by their proctor from the jurisdiction of O[liver Sutton], bishop of Lincoln. Sutton had been delegated by the apostolic see as executor, in default of the Thornholm canons, of a papal bull of provision instructing them to provide Walter de Aswardby, clerk of the diocese of Lincoln, with a benefice in their provision.
