DescriptionOf the abbot and convent of Abingdon Brk, prosecuting a case of appeal in the Court of Canterbury against Mr Arnold de Stokes, commissary of the official of London, and Nicholas, vicar of Kensington Mx. The monks had made a direct appeal to Canterbury from ex officio proceedings begun by Stokes at the instance of the vicar, touching the church of Kensington Mx.
