DescriptionOf William le Graunt, from a case brought before the Court of Canterbury on appeal from Jocelyn de Kirmington, canon of Lincoln and commissary general of the bishop of Lincoln. William had been cited before Jocelyn at the instance of Simon de Wigginton, who claimed presentation to the church of Hulcott Bk. William appealed to Canterbury claiming to be the rightful rector. Depositions by: John David of Burton; Ralph de Caldecot'; David Fareman of Aylesbury; Simon de Weston; Hugh Blacston; John de Capella of 'Bryddisthorn'; Robert le Bret of Weston; William Wluy of Aylesbury.
