| Description | Of a case of presentation before Richard [de Gravesend], bishop of London, and Arnold de Stokes and John de Bedford, his clerks and special commissaries: between Hilary de Balne, vicar of Battersea Sr, who claims presentation by the abbot and convent of Westminster to the church of Birdbrook Ess, on the one hand, and Hamo Peche, claiming to be the incumbent rector, on the other.
