DescriptionDepositions [in the Court of Canterbury] on behalf of the prioress and convent of Carrow Nf, against Robert de Benhall, rector of Ryston Nf. Robert's servants are said to have asported tithes from ancient desmesne lands of the desmesne of 'Barhale' in Ryston, which had been in the possession of the nuns. List of fields (named) from which the nuns had been receiving tithes and from which the rector had them collected in AD 1292.
