DescriptionEvidence produced in the Court of Canterbury in a case brought there on appeal and then devolved to it in the principal cause by consent of the parties. Robert le Eyr, executor of the will of Henry de la Wade, argues that John de la Wade had illegally appropriated lands and goods in the will. Witnesses are asked whether their evidence is common knowledge in the neighbourhood of Woodstock O.
