| Description | Describing tuitorial appeals by David Merthir, proctor of An., rector of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire against Griffin ap David, priest. Griffin had recently been sententially removed from possession of the dependent chapel of Gwynllyw ('Lawentheluy'). But he had threatened it when it reverted to the mother church and had despoiled it of fruits and obventions in contempt of an earlier tuitorial appeal.
