DescriptionSupporting a tuitorial appeal by Simon Basset, rector of St Peter of Rushton ('Riston'') Np, from the official of Worcester, commissary, along with the prior of St Peter's Gloucester and John de Rodborough, canon in the church of Westbury, of the papal judges-delegate the dean and treasurer of St Paul's London. Simon had been brought before the judges at the instigation of the abbot and convent of Cirencester Gl.
