DescriptionTestimony by Brother Ralph de Arches, canon of Holy Trinity London, priest, on behalf of the convent of the same in their case over tithes with the monks of Lessness K. Ralph claims Lessness ignored a tuitorial inhibition by the Court of Canterbury and continued to take the disputed tithes. He describes the relevant lands, from the Westmarsh of Lessness, in detail, giving acreages, field names and the names of landholders. 13 Feb 1294
