DescriptionOn behalf of the prior and convent of Holy Trinity London, concerning their tuitorial appeal from the abbot of Waltham, the prior of Southwark and the archdeacon of Canterbury, papal judges-delegate, and their commissary the sacristan of St Mary's Southwark. The delegates had been hearing a dispute between Holy Trinity and the abbot and convent of Lessness K, over garb tithes pertaining to the church of Lessness in the marsh of Lessness.
