For the whole land which he held of the priory's demesne in the vill ('villa') of Walworth, namely 2½ acres of land which lie in a field called 'Horsmangeresland' with the land of Benedict de porta to east and the priory's land to west. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Walworth charters.]
Given at the full hallmoot of Walworth [Surrey].

Witnesses: Geoffrey the chaplain ('capellanus') of Newington; Osborn Grundel; Fulk; William durant; William the cook ('cocus')

Endorsed with description in mid 13th cent hand and 'Waleworthe' and note of registration in late 13th cent hands.
