28 acres of land in Newington and Walworth [both Surrey], of which 8½ acres lie in 'Godelevecroft', 1½ acres lie in 'Pylesbrok'', 1½ acres and 1 rood lie at 'Langewyghethe', 3 acres lie at 'Loullepet', 1½ acres lie at 'Flexcroft', 1½ acres extend to 'Flexcroft' and 'Brembelshot', 2½ acres lie in 'Horsmangereslond', 2 acres and 1 rood lie with the king's highway which leads to Merton [Surrey] on one side and 'Laverinc'' on the other, 3 acres lie at 'stonhulle' next to the priory's land, ½ an acre lies in 'Eadescroft', ½ an acre lies in 'Aldelonde' and 1 acre extends to 'Wyghedemed'.
