8 acres of meadow in Wickhambreaux ('Wicham'), of which 7 acres lie at 'Dudemelne' with the meadow of 'Dominus' Walter de Clifford to west, the River Stour ('stura') to east, the meadow of Luke to north and the meadow of Henry le Westere to south, and the other acre lies in the same holding ('tenementum') with the meadow of Robert del Brock to north and west, the meadow of Thomas son of Bartholomew to south and the meadow of Henry le Westere to east For an annual payment of 3s 3d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid £12 as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to Ickham charters.] Seal in striped, multicoloured, seal bag.
