| Description | From: John Prat of Westwell To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory 13 acres and 1 rood of pasture lying in Westwell parish in a place called 'Dyggedoune' with the priory's land to west, north and east and the land of Richard Ely to south. John has received Richard II's licence to make this grant. The lands are worth 13¼d a year, in part satisfaction of lands to the annual value of £20 which Edward III, the king's grandfather, allowed the priory to acquire for the augmentation of divine service at St Mary's altar in the cathedral.
