He wishes to be buried in the cemetery of Canterbury Cathedral Priory. Bequests of lands in Dodingdale [Canterbury], the parishes of Nackington, St Mary Bredin, Holy Cross Westgate and St Andrew's [all Canterbury], Hardres and Waltham and next Worthgate. Richard bequeaths the lands to Agnes, his wife, Alexander Hanekyn, clerk, and Richard, his son, to hold to Richard and the heirs of his body. If Richard dies without heirs, the lands shall descend to his brothers William and John as specified. Bequests of money to the prior and monks of Canterbury Cathedral Priory. He appoints Agnes, Richard and John son of Elias of 'Morton' as his executors and John Scheldwyz and Alexander Hanekyn as his overseers. Proved on 2 Jun 1349 before John of Sheldwich and John Chycche, bailiffs of Canterbury, by Thomas Everard, Edmind of Stablegate, William Besyle and William atte lese, who were examined by John Chicche, Robert Lapyn, John Elys and Adam de Bysschoppesgat'.
