A small branch ('bronche') of a leaden watercourse ('aque conductus'), extending to the chaplains' house in the cathedral cemetery and proceeding from the pipe of the watercourse in the same cemetery running by the masons' lodge ('per logam lathaniorum'), with the water running through it. For as long as it pleases the prior. For an annual payment of 12d, payable to the sacrist as specified. Right to remove the branch and the water supply if payment in arrears. The lease is made with the consent of Prior Thomas Goldstone, III, and the convent. Sacrist's part of indenture.
