Bequests to Jane Pembrooke, his wife, Richard Pembrooke, his son, his daughter Ann Buckhurst, widow of Richard Buckhurst of Canterbury, cordwainer, deceased, and his grandchildren, John Buckhurst, Stephen Buckhurst and Ann Buckhurst. Bequests are of ozier grounds at Fordwich, a messuage in Butchery Lane, otherwise 'Angell Lane' in St Andrew's parish, Canterbury, and money. He appoints his wife Jane executor. Proved before Revd James Henstridge, clerk, surrogate of George Lee, LLD, official general of the archdeacon of Canterbury, on 14 May 1740. Administration granted to Jane Pembrooke.
