For terms of 21, 31 and 21 years. For annual payments of 6s, 30s and 25s, payable as specified. By an assignment dated 19 Feb 1695, these lands were vested in Thomas Pine for the residue of the respective terms. He also covenanted with Richard and John Pembrooke that he would supply them with certains goods at prices as specified. Thomas has transferred the lands to John for a payment of £6 and John has also released Thomas from this covenant.
