| Description | Copies of documents issued by Henry of Eastry, prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory, and the chapter of Canterbury Cathedral Priory, forming one leaf of a register.
(1) Bond Hamo de Hethe, bishop of Rochester, allowed the priory to appropriate the church of Westerham and the chapel of Edenbridge, reserving an annual pension of 10s, payable as specified, to himself and his successors in compensation for the fruits of the benefice which they would otherwise receive when it was vacant. The priory obliges itself and the church of Westerham with the payment. Dated 28 Jan 1328, at the chapter house of Canterbury Cathedral Priory.
(2) Quitclaim The priory has demanded an annual payment of 22d and suit of court at its manor of Meopham from Hamo de Hethe, bishop of Rochester, for certain lands of its fee, because of which he has been troubled by its servants ('minister'). The priory quitclaims to the bishop for all actions concerning the payment and suit. Dated 28 Jan 1328, at the chapter house of Canterbury Cathedral Priory.
(3) Letter The priory has granted Mgr Henry de Iddesworth an annual pension of 60s, payable as specified in its treasury at Canterbury, for his advice and help in various matters. In return Henry promises to act for the priory whenever and wherever it asks him. Reference to Henry coming to Canterbury with his household, which includes a clerk and 3 servants ('garco').
