The whole of their tenement which fell to them after the death of Thomas of Ripple [in Westwell], Gunnora's [Wimarc's?] father, and the whole of the tenement which they purchased of Robert the miller ('molendinarius') and Agatha his wife and of William Dongun and Wimarc [altered from 'Gunnora'?], his wife in Westwell parish. For this the priory has paid 40s. No date. [Date: Adam de Chillendenne's dates.]
