Land in the street of 'Westrate' [presumably in or near Walworth, Surrey] with the adjoining curtilage, which land lies with the land of Thomas le moul to east, the land of Andrew le tortu'sus to west, the king's highway to south and the land which was of Juliana de Tanton' to north. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified for all services except those owed to the chief lord of the fee. For this John has also paid 5s as a gersum fine. No date.
