For an annual payment of 20d, payable as specified. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Priory's part of indenture. Dated 14 Jul HenVI, regnal year lost. [Date: dates of Thomas Goldstone, III, and Henry VI.]
Note at the end of the document that another parcel of the priory's land was granted to Richard for an annual payment of 3d on 4 Jan 1472.
