For ½ an acre of land which lies in the field called 'gerbedelond' [presumably in or near Waltworth] with William's land to west, the land of John le may to east, 'Westmerch'' to south and 'lithlemerch'' to north. Robert will defend the land for all services except those owed to the chief lords of the fee. For this William has paid 11s as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Walworth charters.]
