Payable for the tenement in Walworth [Surrey] which Osbert holds of the gift of William, her brother, 1 acre of land, of which ½ an acre lies in 'Suthcrofte' and the other ½ acre lies in 'Northfeld' abutting on 'Bremelsote', and 1 acre of land, of which ½ an acre lies behind the curtilage of John Arnold' and ½ an acre lies in 'Suthcrofte'. For an annual payment of 1 rose, payable as specified. For this William has also paid ½ a mark as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Walworth charters.]
