For a piece of land of the messuage of John le Burtere in Swalecliffe parish in the priory's holding ('tenura'), lying with Ralph's tenement to east, the land of John de Colwenewode to west and north and the tenement of John le Burtere to south. He also quitclaims to the priory for a piece of land with a house on it in Swalecliffe parish in the priory's holding, lying with the priory's land to east, John's land to west, John's hall ('aula') to south and the land of John son of James of 'Colewenewode' to north.
