If John Arundell, Edmund, John Howden, John Mildenhale, William and John Gardyner wish to amend the deed before 29 Sep, Roger, Richard Waldegrave, Robert, John Doreward, John Clopton', Richard Wedirton', John Martyn' and John Archer will amend it. If within 5 years of the date of this document Roger grants John Arundell, Edmund, John Howden, John Mildenhale, William and John Gardyner an estate in any lands in the vill ('villa') or parish of Windsor, Berkshire, or within 24 miles of it, to the annual value of 40s the statute staple is to be void.
