For all lands, tenements, homages, rents and services which she and William, her late husband, had of the gift of Roger of Bromfords ('Brumford') [in Nevendon] in the hundred of Rochford, except that messuage and 15 acres of land which were of William payn in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch as is contained in the deed which Richard made to her of the messuage and 15 acres for the term of her life. After her death the messuage and 15 acres shall revert to Richard. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Southchurch charters.]
