For 2 acres of land in the vill ('villa') of Southchurch lying in 'northfold' between Richard's demesne and Jordan's 2 acres of land which lie next to the ditch on the west of the 2 acres, with the watercourse which divides the same 2 acres and the land which Richard [bought?] of Agnes pain to north and Richard's demesne to south.
