6 acres of land with houses on them of the fee of 'folenfond' [Folly Faunt in Goldhanger?] which Richard bought of Robert son of John-the-clerk, lying between the land of William le stur and the land which was of Thomas the smith ('faber') and between the 2 ways which lead from north to south in Great Stambridge ('dicta villa'). For an annual payment of 14d, ¼d for hidage and ¼d for services, customs and all other demands, all payable as specified. For this Adam has also paid 13½ marks as a gersum fine. No date.
