For the term of 4 years which they have in 6 acres and 2 parts of 1 acre of land [in Southchurch] which John son and heir of Adam-the-miller ('molend'') of Southchurch demised to them. From 29 Sep 1284. The lands are to be held in accordance with the indenture made between them and John. For greater security they have delivered the indenture between John and them to Richard of Southchurch. The witnesses are those whose names are contained in the deeds made between Walter and his brother Richard and John. No date. [Date: term date.]
