For a payment of 10 marks which Richard acknowledged before 'Dominus' Gilbert de Thornton and his fellows, the king's justices. Henry is content with this payment and quitclaims to Richard for 10 acres of land called 'Cheleseyecroft' in Southchurch parish, which he gave to ('reddo') him in the king's court in before the justices.
