Disputes have arisen between the inhabitants, owners and occupiers of land in Stone in Oxney parish and Culpeper Savage, clerk, vicar of Stone in Oxney, concerning the tithes. To prevent further disputes, Walter and Philip have acted as arbitrators. The award gives the amounts to be paid for tithes and arrears of tithes by named individuals as specified and also the amount of tithe to be paid on lands under particular crops.
