In £1,000. There have been disputes about the tithes of Stone, particularly whether there is a modus for the vicarial tithes or not, and other disputes are likely to arise in the future. To put an end to this the parties have agreed to submit all matters concerning tithes to the arbitration of Sir Walter Roberts of Glassenbury in Cranbrook parish, Kent, baronet, Sir Philip Boteler of Teston, Kent, baronet, and John Toke of Godinton in Great Chart parish, Kent, esq. If the bondors abide by the terms of the award the bond is to be void.
